Closed Require all workplaces to have at least one Mental Health First Aider

The Government should make it a requirement for at least 1 employee in every workplace to be trained in mental health and well-being, so they can provide support for other staff.

Providing Mental health first aid is equally as important as the health and safety (First-Aid) regulations of 1981. Acting on mental health and well-being is essential as we ease out of lockdown and begin to head back into what will we be a completely new working environment. This will help employers and employees work productively whilst understanding the importance of mental health.
