Closed Change the motorbike cc restriction for 16 year olds from 50cc to 125cc

Allow 16 year olds to ride a 125cc motorbike. This will allow 16 year old riders to keep up with the flow of traffic instead of holding everyone up.

The law about 16 year olds only being allowed to ride a 50cc motorcycle has to be changed. By being restricted to a 50cc these riders can hold up traffic on national speed limit roads which is dangerous and for some people terrifying when being overtaken.
