At this BBC1 has been broadcasting in HD for over 3750 days, and still, in 2021, local news broadcasting is only available in SD.
The technology has bypassed the output with the advent of UHD in this time. Come on BBC surely it's possible to transmit in something befitting the equipment available.
Work with the BBC to increase capacity and native HD broadcasting capability across the majority of the English regions
