Closed petition Create legal protections for people who publicly name their abuser

Closed on

Victims should be able to name and accuse abusers publicly without fear of being sued for slander or arrested / fined for related offences.

Victims should be able to tell other vulnerable people when they are involved with an abuser without potentially facing fines, legal action or arrest.

With rape and abuse convictions so low, victims should be able to keep ourselves and each other safe by naming our rapists and abusers. It is incredibly dangerous to continue letting abusers fly under the radar, continue to exist in society, have access to more vulnerable adults and children.

No more fines, lawsuit or arrests for victims that speak out against rapists, murderers and abusers.
