Closed Sanction Chinese goods and implement powers to block China acquiring UK firms

Trading with China and allowing acquisition by China of UK companies is having an adverse effect on the UK. We must pay for our health, education, workers' rights, and other aspects of civilisation through higher wages and higher taxes.

Chinese goods are cheap because they do not care for our values.

Through our education systems, and our respect for the life we have built a sophisticated and person-friendly culture in Europe. This is not matched in China. Until Chinese human and societal values match ours, the Government should:

a) introduce sanctions against Chinese goods, and
b) implement powers to stop Chinese companies acquiring UK companies
