Closed Allow multiple successions of social housing tenancies

The law currently states a housing association or council tenancy can only be passed on once. I am asking for the rules on tenancies to be changed to allow multiple successions of the same tenancy.

There are many people who can’t afford their own home & some have commitments i.e live at home to look after a loved one. If the rule was changed it would prevent anxiety & fear of not having somewhere to live.
