Ban dogs from walking through cemetery's either with or without leash it's totally unnecessary for people to walk their dogs through a place where people are laid to rest.
Many of times I have been in cemeteries and noticed people letting their dogs run over the graves of service men & women, adults, babies & recently buried graves.
Not only this some owners let the dogs urinate on headstones & litter their business on grave sides without picking it up after.
