Ensure young children are valued and safeguarded by extending health visits to twice yearly checks in person with a registered health professional until 2, then once a year until school age. To help prevent neglect and abuse going unnoticed.

If cars have to be regulated for safety then why do we not check our children are safe and secure? ensuring they are developing as expected, safe from harm and having their rights upheld by those responsible for them.
