Closed Create Nurse Reserve Force to avoid the NHS being overwhelmed & future lockdowns

A Reserve Nurse Force, similar to Army Reserves, should be created to react to current & future pandemics for use in Nightingale hospitals, protecting the NHS from being overwhelmed and thereby avoiding the perpetual cycle of lockdowns & allowing people to return to a normal way life.

The PM should plan now to address risks from current & future pandemics in a way that avoids damaging lockdowns & other draconian measures that have been so harmful to the UK economy & mental health.

The government policy to Stay Home, Protect the NHS and Save Lives would be dealt with in a planned way. The force would enable lives to be saved (COVID treatment would not be at the expense of normal treatments) the NHS would not be overwhelmed (avoiding the need for lockdowns) and people would be able to live normally
