Stop tourists entering the UK during the pandemic considering anyone from the UK is not allowed to leave for tourist holidays unless it is for work, medical etc.

On one day in April we had 8,000 foreign tourists entering the UK, this could make us go back into lockdown as even if they have a negative test three days before they fly, they could still catch the virus the day before their flight and potentially bring in another variant that our vaccines will not cover.
This would set anyone who lives in the UK back, so we will have to go back into lockdown, while any tourist that are here can just fly home without it affecting them!
