Closed Allow access to Junior ISAs and Child Trust Funds from the age of 17

Lower the age from which a child can access their savings in a Junior ISA or Child Trust Fund from 18 years old to 17 years old. As you can get your driver's license at 17, it would make sense for one to be able to access their savings at this age in order to buy their first car, for example.
