Closed Change IR35 rules to require client to pay employer NI

The Government should change the IR35 rules to ensure that the employer’s National Insurance (NI) is paid by the client/employer and not by the contractor or the umbrella company.

This is unfair on contractors to be paying employer NI from their day rate. This is like double taxation as contractor also pays employee NI in addition to employer NI from his day rate.
