Closed Abolish time limits for legal action for medical negligence related to pregnancy

Too many mothers have suffered from medical negligence, which can have devastating long-term physical and health implications. I want mothers to be able to take legal action for medical negligence at any time, and not be constrained by the current 3-year time limit for bringing legal action.

Mothers have suffered from medical negligence, many of whom are permanently disabled as a result, should be able to seek justice and claim compensation at any time.
