Implement an Act or Bill as have devolved governments within the UK have achieved where parking charges for NHS staff within NHS sites have been removed, permanently.

The government and NHS England and hospital sites have stopped charging staff within the Covid-19 pandemic for parking. This needs to continue on a permanent basis. Staff have already this week recived fines and additional charges.
This ruling if susseful needs to apply to all sites inclusive of any privately run PFI sites.
