Extending the Stamp Duty Holiday until 31st December will assist many buyers who are looking to move houses. Further helping the economy affected by the Covid pandemic.

Current studies and survey showed the positive effect in the housing market due to the stamp duty holiday. And because of the continuing effects of the Covid pandemic to people's lives, this will be a further boost to the confidence to house buyer, especially first time homebuyers and the economy as a whole.
