Closed Fund free first aid training for new parents

The Government should provide funding for first aid training for all new parents, so that they are able to provide essential first aid to their babies and children.

I have personal experience of a child being saved by a parent who had received first aid training, called 999 and was able to save their child. Some parents may not have been able to save their child and having first aid training may save babies' lives.
