Closed Ban single use non- biodegradable coffee pods

The Government should ban the manufacture and sale of single use non-biodegradable coffee pods. Only single use coffee pods that are biodegradable in home composting bins should be legal to sell.

We believe manufacturers inaccurately portray single use pods can be disposed of in environmental friendly way. This includes through manufacturers’ recycling schemes and encouraging the consumer to dismantle the pod to dispose of in home recycling bins.
