Closed petition Remove Oman from red list

Oman must be removed from the red list and moved to the amber list. Since a large number of people from Oman, study and work in the UK, a large population has been stuck in Oman due to the restriction.

More details

Oman has been on the red list since March. The cases have have significantly reduced and vaccination has been gaining pace. Mass vaccinations will begin from June and it would be wise to put Oman on the amber list. Also all arrivals from the Indian subcontinent have been banned and all travellers arriving in Oman must undergo institutional quarantine at very low rates that can be booked from the government controlled booking site.
