Put a cap on private renting of £250 per bedroom per calendar month (PCM) so that it is affordable for people in the private rental sector. For example; one bedroom apartment 250£ PCM, two bedroom apartment 500£ PCM, three bedroom apartment 750£ PCM and so on.

Many working people with low income, spend sometime more than half of their salary on rent. It is just not fair. Our basic right for affordable housing should come before the right to make more money.
