Closed Bring back the death penalty for certain offences including murder

Capital punishment no longer exists. Murder and other horrific offences are frequently reported in the media. The judicial system has limited punishment for such heinous crimes. Bring back the death penalty for offences such as murder, rape, child sex abuse, and causing death by drink/drugs driving.

Debate the issue and bring back the death penalty. We believe capital punishment is the only appropriate punishment and deterrent for certain crimes.

Murder is the worst kind of crime. The penalty for such crimes are to lenient. Give the judicial system the option to deal with murder, and certain other offences, by sentencing the criminal to death.
