Closed Lower tax for draw downs on those with private pensions to 5%.

I'd like the government to lower taxable pension draw downs from 20% to 5 %

I believe that already having paid tax that 20% is too high for subsequent draw downs I believe that by reducing the tax more money would be injected into the economy
We still pay tax to help those in need.
And the amount of draw down would be capped and only so many in any determined year like 2 in 5 years up to 15 k
