Closed For deaf people to be given a reduced TV Licence Fee

I would like the Government and Parliament to give deaf people a reduction in TV licences.

At present people who are BLIND or have a reduction in sight GET A TV LICENCE REDUCTION. This is because they cannot see the picture very well.
I am petitioning for DEAF PEOPLE to get the same reduction based on the fact that they cannot hear the programmes they are watching and not all TV channels have subtitles to use
