To have a budget for Sexual Predator Hunting Teams to be regulated and paid to work alongside police to ensure the right justice for the victims. All teams do this out of their own pockets and keeping children safe, and the Predators aren't given a proper sentence

Because it would greatly reduce the number of 'Vigilante Groups' as it would be a paid job with an application and screening process. Having it as a job would also lead to strict adherence to the law.
Having this as a job would also be a good deterrent to Predators.
