Closed Review the quality and cost of the Hotel Quarantine system

Our request is to review:
-quality of accommodation & food served
-treatment by security personnel
-customer service by provider(s)
-conditions of hotel transfers
-adherence to the government's rules of exercise
-the amount charged for quarantine

We acknowledge need for mandatory hotel quarantine but we believe current service is putting citizens and residents at risk mentally & financially.

People are returning home after taking care of their family in difficult times or from much awaited holidays and they don't deserve this prisoner-like treatment after paying such a hefty amount.

The experience of many travellers has been abysmal.
