Closed Seek to join EU travel certificate scheme as alternative to quarantine

The Government should seek to join the EU Digital COVID-19 Passport scheme, then allow people using this to avoid the need to quarantine on arrival.

As the UK vaccine rollout continues to go very well, and vaccination rates across the European Union increasing, along with fewer covid cases than at the pandemic’s height, there should be no need to keep quarantine after June. Many people haven't seen their families for ages. It's not only about travel.
