Petition Election Promise:One month pay free of deductions up to salary £95k - for 3 Yearss

Since 2007 when the financial crisis hit the world at large, the working population have been under severe financial pressure. As this pressure has eased, the employed are still not realising the the benefits of being in work, many of them for long hours and small remuneration with severe financial problems.
This petition proposes to give back to the working people of the UK, a thank you for seeing us throught the hard times. A boost that may enable some to get finally get on the housing ladder. A chance for savings finally to be started and maintained.
A nationwide statement that declares "It's good to work!"
I petition that all workers in the UK be allowed, for one month in a calendar year, with a minimum of 3 months notice, to be able to retain a months salary without any deductions (other than that part of the salary that pertains to pension). This measure to be effective for 3 years. With no minimum annual salary limit, up to a maximum of £95k/pa.
