Forbid the usage of electric scooters on the sidewalks.
These machines can easily travel with 20mph or more. It poses a tremendous amount of danger for the population. Life-threatening danger to all of us. Most of us had countless near misses in the past months during the pandemic. Some of us were unfortunate enough to suffer injuries and even died. I think it's best to take action before more people get hurt or more people will fear to have a stroll on the sidewalks.
