It is unacceptable that people that are making pension claims are having to wait several months for Medicals because ATOS Health care is being audited. The DWP contract out medical services to ATOS Healthcare and the DWP state they have no control over how long people wait for Medicals.
The DWP need to find an alternative medical services provider.
