Closed petition Pressure the Chinese government to prevent sale of cats and dogs for meat
The cat and dog meat trade is particularly cruel and although dogs are no longer recognised as livestock in China, and cats never were, their trade is widespread. We want the Government to use diplomatic influence to encourage the Chinese Government to prevent cats and dogs being sold for meat.
