Petition Ban in-app purchases by under 18s

The Government should make it illegal to sell in-app items to under 18s. App owners should be required to verify the age of users to ensure that under 18s don't make in-app purchases.

Children can be unaware that these apps charge their parents and can round up huge amounts of debt. In-app purchases are often similar to gambling and could lead to gambling-related issues.
