Closed Calculate child maintenance on net not gross income.

It's not fair for paying parents to pay out child maintenance before your tax, national insurance and pensions are taken. Someone earning £500 a week takes home less than that but child maintenance is calculate on £500. It should be done on net not gross.

Because its causing a lot of debt on the paying parents who can't afford to pay there own bills. The 25% variation is also unfair and needs looking at. Also its a government run business.
