People who work in care have to put up with so much! And the pay doesn’t reflect how much work is put into our job! We work all the hours under the sun and for what? We aren’t living comfortably we are just surviving
Because carers aren’t just carers, we are at times family, friends, counsellors, a shoulder to cry on etc. Not to even mention the personal care our pay doesn’t reflect the amount of work we put in. Carers are always forgotten about even throughout COVID you as a government forgot about the private care sector which is quite frankly disgusting!
