Extend the current 2 year time window for taking your practical test after passing the theory test to 4 years as driving instructors have limited spaces for new pupils due to covid lockdowns, which is delaying when many learners can take their driving tests.

A lot of people are struggling to get driving lessons due to instructors being overloaded with tests cancellations from existing pupils not being able to book tests.
