Closed Prevent under 18s using social media or dating sites/applications

The Government should make it illegal for under 18s to use social media or dating sites/applications, and require social media/dating platforms to verify the ID and age of all users.

This should protect younger people from being targeted on these applications and also ensure that people cannot inadvertently interact with minors that have claimed they are older than they are.
