Petition Seek to agree upon equivalence of NHS Covid pass and European Covid Green Pass

From 12 August a European Green pass (equivalent to the NHS covid pass) will be needed to enter some public spaces (restaurants, clubs,etc) in some EU countries. Similarly, the NHS Covid pass is being required by some UK venues. The Government should agree equivalence of these passes with the EU.

Currently vaccinations are not fully recognised between EU and UK and the various apps and systems are not talking to each other. This means that a British citizen going to a EU country may not be able to access public spaces in the EU and vice versa, and the European Green pass may not be recognised for European tourists in the UK.
