Closed Bans the distribution and use of combustable tobacco products in the UK by 2030

To pass a law making it a criminal offence to supply, distribute or use combustable tobacco products in the UK from the 1st of January 2030.

These products are very clearly doing harm to people in the UK. We now have safer alternatives readily accessible throughout the country which are regulated through TPD and other guidelines for an easy and safe switch. There is a wealth of information and a vast support network that has been built online, in the NHS and through local vape shops. Here anyone can get access to all the information they need on what's the best route for their lifestyle to go smoke free.
