Closed petition Require timed traffic restrictions be painted on the road

I ask UK Government to require traffic restriction timings for any Road, Street or Bus Lanes be pained on the road before lane starts, so if any chance driver could not see traffic sign above the shoulder or eye level, they could see the same sign on the road & could avoid contravention.

Some motorists do not see the traffic signs, because:

1) the signs are above the eye level

2) Motorists are busy in driving & looking ahead & looking above could distract them and even cause an accident.

Some councils have started very unusual/abnormal timings, like restrictions only for two / three hours, that no one can expect, and motorists easily become a victim of contravention, especially those, new in town, new in the city, or new in the country
