Remove the 2% surcharge for all overseas buyers on Stamp Duty. Overseas buyers are already hit with an extra 3% surcharge due to buying an additional property and now another 2%.

A more fair equitable Stamp Duty Land Tax will encourage investment into the UK and help UK businesses flourish and thrive.

A lot of British people are working overseas and are discriminated against and have to pay the 2% surcharge as well as a 3% surcharge for investing back home in UK.

It's terrible for the property market, construction industry and discriminates against those that live overseas as well as overseas British Nationals.
