Petition Increase road tax when more than two vehicles are registered to the same address

To ease Parking on our roads we need to take action to reduce Vehicles and the Parking they cause. Fire Services have had issues getting down roads, there is NO need for Everyone to have a Vehicle, it adds Pollution and Climate Charge, we need to free up our Roads getting Gridlocked.
