White shirts and ties for males. I feel this needs bringing in line with Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
White shirts for all in contact with prisoners. Many situations arise throughout the course of a day in a prison Bodily fluids thrown at staff as well and altercations. Staff embarrassment.

I would like the Government / Parliament to modernise and bring the Prison Staff uniform in line with Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
We propose Black polo shirts for both male and female staff.
These do not become see-through when wet, no buttons so these can't be ripped off staff leaving them embarrassed and clothing helps you move more freely.
