Closed Automatic upgrade to A2 licence after four years with CBT certificates

We would like the Government to change licensing for motorcycles so that once you have been riding for 4 years and held two CBT certificates you receive an A2 bike licence without any further tests.

To make it easier for people that have been safely driving on CBT certificates for over four years to have the chance to rider bigger bikes on the road without having to do further tests. This could particularly benefit people who may struggle with an additional theory test, such as those with learning disabilities, but who have the knowledge and experience to be able to drive safely.
