New planning regulations on all new houses, including self-build, to move towards climate conscious energy supply. All new houses should have:

- Super-Insulation
- Rainwater recovery systems
- Solar panels
- A wind turbine for larger estates

To come into effect by 2022.

This scheme should contribute to a mass move towards clean energy, in response to the climate crisis, it could also reduce energy costs for the population.
