Closed Create Environmental Impact ratings for businesses with associated fines/reliefs

Implement a simple 5-point rating system similar to hygiene rating, but for all UK businesses and public bodies on their environmental impact, covering all aspects of business supply chain and product life. There would be fines for low performers and financial relief for high performers.

Implement a 5-point rating system for all businesses in the UK for Environmental Impact. Scoring 1 to 5 similar to hygiene rating. Example would be:
1: High Impact
2: Moderate Impact
3: Mild Impact
4: Minimal or Negligible
5: Beneficial to environment
This would cover suppliers, product life, end of life, transport, energy supply, waste management, impact on environment, dealing with detrimental suppliers. Low scoring businesses will incur fines, and high scoring businesses financial relief.
