The Government should make it mandatory for all companies to measure and report all direct and indirect greenhouse gas emissions, including emissions in the supply chain and upstream and downstream of the business.

To tackle climate change and have transparent publication of emissions, so we can debate what practices should be retained and any trade offs that need to be made.
