Rejected petition Ban the manufacture, sale and possesion of half and half football scarves.

I would like Parliament to debate this divisive and embarrasing matter. Half and half scarves are a stain on the reputation of every decent, law abiding, money spending football supporter.

Put quite simply, these scarves should have no place in the football stadiums, streets and homes of our great nation.
