Closed Increase duty free wine limit from EU to UK from 18 litres to 36

18 litres of wine is only 24 bottles or, 4 boxes. We believe this is an unnecessarily severe restriction for UK residents going shopping in France, and can mean any financial benefit at all is lost for a shopping crossing to France.

This limits prevents people from fully benefiting from being able to travel to France to purchase wine, often because they cannot afford the relatively expensive wine prices in the UK.
