Closed petition Introduce mandatory Military service period of 2 years for those aged 18-26

Due to the rise in global terrorism and radicalisation, I see it is fit for there to be a mandatory service period for every citizen to relieve the pressure in the current armed forces and to help end the war on terrorism.

I want there to be a law put in place making it so all people aged between 18-26 has to serve in the military, no matter the role. This is only temporary and will alleviate pressure on the current armed forces.
