bring back local dvla offices. You used to go into a local office and everything sorted out there and then. Now i have been waiting since 12 th of december for a retention certificate. gone are the good old days when you spoke face to face not on the phone . Lets get the good old days back.And let the government know how we feel. If you are fed up of this sign the petition thank you.
