Closed Fund improved mental health aftercare for veterans

After veterans are discharged many struggle with settling back into civilian life. They need access to better aftercare to prevent or provide support for mental health conditions such as PTSD

These people fought for Queen and Country. Many struggle to fit into civilian life. They are trained for military service but upon discharge often do not receive the support they need to reintegrate with civilian life. Many struggle with mental health disorders such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, EUPD, etc.
