Remove the Dominican Republic from the Red List countries to allow Dominicans and relatives to visit family in the DR without having to quarantine.

As of 27/8/21, daily confirmed cases per million people in DR are 25.2 vs 499.5 (almost 20x) in the UK (https://ourworldindata.org/covid-cases)

According to GISAID (Tracking of Variants) only 1 Delta variant has been recorded in DR vs 257,322 only in England. Almost 42% of DR population is fully vaccinated vs 25% of Australia (Green) or nearly 5% of Jamaica (Amber).

Most DR data is (favourably) comparable with Green/Amber light countries like Germany, Canada, Switzerland, Spain, USA and Australia, then why deny taxpayers citizens and residents their right to visit their families in Dominican Republic?
